Add the berries,sugar and lime juice to a med saucepan. Cook on low, covered, 20 to 25 min. Using fine mesh strainer, press the berries to extract all juice/puree. re-frigerate to cool completely. LIME SUGAR: 2 c sugar Zest of 3 limes. 1 lime wedge / Mix sugar and lime zest.
