Rewarding kids with things they get to do instead of things they get to have. When they do something good, they pick from the jar and get things like to stay up a little later or play outside a little longer etc. Cute idea!-

Do every year for the first day of school, then make a book and give it for graduation. CUTE!!

Make a wipe-off placemat for each kid to sit down and draw out their day while I cook dinner. Then it gives us something to talk about while we eat!

Trading Money Game - This game is VERY simple but powerful for the kids because it helps them to make those connections that 5 pennies = 1 nickel, 2 nickels = 1 dime, etc...

Definitely gotta try this out with the kids...You should try it too...great lower back work out! (watch the video at the end)

Scan your kids' artwork into a book so you don't have to keep 1,000 pieces of paper forever. Kids LOVE looking through their artwork! awesome idea!!

When the kids do their chores right away, with a good attitude and do them according to “mom’s standards” I reward them with a few points. They save these points and then at least once a week we open the family “store”. Great Idea!!
