Sarah's Low Carb Life: Spinach and Artichoke Chicken- Brittney says: This was low-carb and gestational diabetes friendly, not to mention it was delicious! Even the hubby LOVED it. I did add a couple of Tbsp of cream cheese, but the recipe was terrific. I think next time I will put a bit of poultry seasoning on the chicken when it starts baking. Terrific recipe!
