This is a perfect example on how to keep outside resources organized. Books are carefully organized by subject/category for students.    Element IV.4:  Teachers organize and utilize available resources (e.g., physical space, time, people, technology) to create a safe and productive learning environment.

Paint stirring sticks and stickers to organize the books!  to organize scrapbook letters...use letter off sheet..

Make book dividers with paint stirrers and alphabet stickers. You could also do colors instead of alphabet stickers to separate by genre or theme.

Routines: I really like this idea for establishing weekly classroom routines. Each student puts a popsicle stick with their name on it in the pouch for whichever job they want, and the teacher selects one at random to complete the job for the week. Using newspaper clips as the background for the "help wanted" theme helps make the routines seem more authentic, leading to engaged students and increased motivation in the classroom.

Help Wanted bulletin board. Pockets with classroom job descriptions. Write student names on craft sticks and place them in appropriate pocket. Fun and easy way to switch up student jobs throughout the year.
