    Chocolate Cups: blow up (water) balloons, rinse and let them dry. Before use: spray non-stick cooking spray on each. Just a little. Melt some semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate or confectionery coating (can add a drip of Olive Oil (for wax). Can use same candy coating I use for cake pops. Let it cool slightly before using. Another pinner said: Kids birthday ice cream cupcakes! I just used store-bought tubs of icing(except I made the green), filled ziploc bags, cut the corner off, and piped on the icing. It works in a pinch! I used gumdrops instead of gum balls and used cookie icing for the "chocolate syrup" because it has that drippy look. These are so easy and cute!! Big hit!!
