    Another faster No knead Bread: No Knead Artisan Bread: 1 1/2 cup warm water 100 degrees F. 1/2 tbsp salt 3/4 tbsp yeast 3 1/4 cups better for bread flour OR unbleached, all-purpose flour plus extra flour for dusting. Add yeast to warm water and let sit 2-3 min. Let rise until double about 2-3 hrs. Then sit 40 min before baking with boiling H2O tray in bottom of oven.
