Harriet Anderson, 74. Competed in Ironman World 18 times. In 2009, got clipped from behind on her bike, fell and broke her clavicle. She taped her arm to her waist, walked the marathon portion and still finished in time. It doesn't get any more badass than that.

This is for an Ironman. I don't think that is in my future but I plan to do many more sprints!
