DIY Glitter Mason Jar Candles - Take glue and water, and brush the inside of mason jars. Add glitter of your choice to the inside of the jars, and roll/spin the jar around until the glitter coats the sides. Add a tea light after it dries,and voila!

Wine bottles with labels removed, Elmer's spray glue, glitter, adhesive letters, and clear coat to finish.  Fun project.    Put letters on then spray sections of bottle with glue then sprinkle glitter on over a box.    Keep going until bottle is covered.  Take off letters after glue sets for a few minutes.    Spray with clear coat an hour later and then again after another 30 minutes.

Spray bottle silver and roll top only in purple glitter. Purple sugar is cheaper. Maybe try using dyed epsom salts. Use spray adhesive for glue?
