Made these tonight and they were so delicious. I would recommend broiling them though. The first batch we cooked the recommended 15 then broiled for 5 but the second we broiled for about 8 and the cheese was crispier. We mixed them into GF chicken Alfredo
Very good reference for roasting cauliflower. I roasted mine at 400 degrees for 30 minutes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thinly sliced onions. I then added Parmesan and roasted another 5 minutes. Super yummy. I now love cauliflower!
