Miss Susan’s Pineapple Sheet Cake - Made it for our July 4th BBQ and after frosting the cake I told hubby I really hoped I liked it because it was SO easy to make. Well, I'll have to say I LOVED this cake! I loved the thick dense texture of this cake. And SO moist. And the cream cheese frosting...well, it was "the icing on the cake"! LOVE and will definitely make again!
