Buddhist Lotus Flower (Padma) According to Buddhist principles, the heart of a person who has not attained enlightenment is the embodiement of a lotus that has not blossomed yet. Once enlightenment has been reached their heart becomes a lotus in bloom. This is why depictions of Buddha often show him seated upon an open lotus flower.

"In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you." -Buddha-

I'm sorry to hear both of those things. Why have you decided to be agnostic?

Technically I am Catholic/Christian. The bible teaches "three things remain faith, hope, and love. The greatest of these is love. " Judgement is for Jesus when the time comes until then he asked that we love everything and everyone which I believe does include gracefully letting go of things not meant for you.

God's word is our standard to uphold. Christians are misunderstood as judgemental when we do that. God is love, but it's our job to tell others about the wrath to come, to bring them into salvation. The kingdom of God is yet to come, and He wants all to be a part of that kingdom. Jesus is the only way.
