Probably the closest recipe to one of my favorite soups that my Grandma used to make. Definitely not on the low calorie side of things! Can't wait to make this and serve it up in some sourdough bread bowls when it gets a little cooler!
Curried Chicken and Rice Soup Recipe.I just threw everything in 1 pot and cooked the rice along with the soup. I didn't submersion blend the rice. It was super yummy for this crisp fall evening. Sweet, spicy and comforting.
