Explore Deployment Create, Deployment Paper, and more!

We've never done a paper chain before, but now that Sabrina is 3 I think it would be fun. I plan on writting what we did each day on the chain and then putting the ripped off chain pieces with our daily stuff on them in a scrap book. The problem being I have no idea how long he'll be gone! We'll have to (over) estimate :)

Put some kisses on paper and laminate them and send them with your soldier in the ruck or seabag so he'll always have a kiss when he needs one on deployment. A kiss in your pocket. Great idea for when the kids are off to their first day of school or other new environment. - MilitaryAvenue.com

I love this idea for a 4th of July cookout! Could even make them into tomato-mozarella ball skewers to resemble the stripes on our flag...
