Roasted Green Beans

You can buy cut mushrooms and green beans so there is no prep. Veggies quick and easy! Roasted green beans with mushrooms, balsamic, and Parmesan. Marinate in ziploc bag, spread out on cookie sheet and bake at then sprinkle with Parmesan.

Roasted green beans and mushrooms: Put trimmed green beans and sliced mushrooms in a gallon ziploc with 2 Tbs each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Shake to coat, then spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast at 230C / 450F for 20ish minutes, then sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper and Parmesan.
