Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

This is such a fun way to switch up your regular bowl of oats and perfect for kiddos. I did blueberries for this one but you can customize it with whatever toppings you like!

Here’s what you need:

1 banana, mashed

½ cup rolled oats

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp maple syrup

½ Tbsp chia seeds

½ Tbsp almond butter

Topping ideas:

Blueberries

Chocolate chips

Shredded coconut

Nuts or seeds

Dried fruit
