A friend just shared this and I had to pass it on! Oh YES I AM going to do this with the wagon wheel, planters and other things in my backyard!!! Paint flower pots with Rustoleum's "Glow in the Dark" paint. Absorbs sunlight by day & glows at night!!! Great landscape and gardening idea! (Hope it works in Oregon!) ;)

They're pots with lights. See http://certified-lighting.c... for the original image and Rustoleum's response (since people keep recommending their glow-in-the-dark paint for this): "This is an extremely creative idea. However, these pots were not painted with Rust-Oleum Specialty Glow In The Dark, but are actual lights that can be placed in outdoor planters to achieve a glow effect. The lights seen in the image above can be found on certified-lighting.com. Rust-Oleum Specialty Glow In The Dark brush-on does create a glow effect, however it would need to be reapplied occasionally to maintain its "glow" if it is exposed to the elements. Please contact our product support team at 1-877-385-8155 with any additional product or application questions." (via: http://pinterest.com/pin/24...)

So I have looked at Certified Lighting, and they give a glowy speech about how homeowners are too stupid to do their own night lighting, and I went to Rotoluxe and they have a very nice selection of planters that light up, none of them are balls.
