One of my favorite recipes! So easy in the crockpot and SO delicious. It seriously gets better each day after you've made it; the juices and flavors just get richer. And it's not terribly pricey and goes a long way! :)
French Dip 1beef roast 4.5Cwater 1/2C soy sauce 3 beef bullion cubes 1 bayleaf 1 tsp. dried thyme 1tsp garlic pwdr 1pkg. au jus mix (dry) roast in slow cooker. season roast with s combine other ingredients and pour overtop. cook 8hrs shred meat. serve on split rolls with swiss cheese. pour au jus in small bowl dip and enjoy.

Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin – uses 2 lbs. pork tenderloin, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbls. soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tbls. cornstarch, 1 tsp.ground sage, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Slow-cooks on low for 6 to 8 hours, and 1 hour before done, glaze is applied. | best stuff
