    Using context clues might be harder for younger students, but it is very helpful for students to know to look for clues if they do not understand the meaning of a word. Students can look for clues around the sentence and even at words that are similar to the unfamiliar word.

    Have students color, cut, fold, and paste to make a story cube that can be used to retell, "The Three Little Pigs" and talk about 3D shapes.
