Healthy Egg Salad 9 hardboiled eggs (chopped) 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 of squeezed lemon 2 stalks of celery (minced) 2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup of green onions salt/pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce leaves, whole grain bread or cracker

Want breakfast tomorrow without lifting a finger? Place 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour in 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups water. Do NOT stir. (I think I want to add walnuts...) Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.

 sea salt & black pepper 2 tbsp coconut oil, or olive oil, for frying Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for 30 mins to set. Form into patties (makes 12) and fry in pan.
