No Sugar Oatmeal Cookies If you saw my weight-loss post, youd probably think that since I lost over 200 pounds Im a pretty healthy eater and that I like to work out a lot. Well youre wrong. Im lazy, and I live off Chipotle and Cheez-Its. And Del-Taco (gotta love 99c burritos at 2am). But just because I eat like a glutton doesnt mean I dont enjoy healthy food. Sometimes I even prefer itas with todays recipe for sugar-free oatmeal cookies. Even if youre not on a diet, youll enjoy this. I mean, come oncookiesthat are good for you! What you need:1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oatmeal1 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg1/4 tsp. ground allspice1/4 tsp. ground cloves1/2 cup raisins1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup water1/3 cup vegetable oil2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 cup finely chopped nuts How you make it:Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until browned. 48 cookies. Delicious.
Chocolate Chip Cookies Healthy cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup dark chocolate, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR!
Skinny Monkey Cookies Ingredients: 3 bananas, 2 cups old-fashioned oats 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 tsp. vanilla extract Dash of cinnamon (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients. Let batter stand for approximately 20 minutes, then drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake
Skinny Banana Cookies: 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup of uncooked Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 cup chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place on the cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
