    When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here's a nice treat. No flour OR sugar! 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

    No Sugar Oatmeal Cookies If you saw my weight-loss post, youd probably think that since I lost over 200 pounds Im a pretty healthy eater and that I like to work out a lot. Well youre wrong. Im lazy, and I live off Chipotle and Cheez-Its. And Del-Taco (gotta love 99c burritos at 2am).  But just because I eat like a glutton doesnt mean I dont enjoy healthy food. Sometimes I even prefer itas with todays recipe for sugar-free oatmeal cookies. Even if youre not on a diet,  youll enjoy this. I mean, come oncookiesthat are good for you! What you need:1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oatmeal1 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg1/4 tsp. ground allspice1/4 tsp. ground cloves1/2 cup raisins1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup water1/3 cup vegetable oil2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 cup finely chopped nuts How you make it:Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until browned. 48 cookies. Delicious.

    3 mashed bananas (the riper the better!), 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp baking powder, 3 cups oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 T. Blueberries 380 Degrees, for about 21 minutes, afterwards you can put on broil for 2 minutes if you like.

    Skinny Monkey Cookies Ingredients: 3 bananas, 2 cups old-fashioned oats 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 tsp. vanilla extract Dash of cinnamon (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients. Let batter stand for approximately 20 minutes, then drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
