    Standing Ab exercises- this is the most tolerable ab workout I have ever tried (cause I HATE crunches)! The blogger says it's "great for muffin tops." ...so we will see lol... This girl has a pretty awesome fitness blog. Lots of exercises I havent seen before. Good for those days you can't make it to the gym (...like when you have kids and your husband works 24 hr shifts Ha!)
