Fabulous Gameday Recipe: BLT Roll Ups! Ingredients 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened. 1/4 cup mayo. 8 slices Bacon, cooked & crumbled. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes. 2 tortillas (8 inch). 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce. Directions Mix cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl. Add bacon and tomatoes; mix well. Spread onto tortillas; top with lettuce. Roll up tightly. Cut each into 7 diagonal slices. Makes 14 Servings

Kraft Salsa Roll Ups ◦4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz pkg) Philadelphia cream cheese (or Neufchatel), softened ◦3 tablespoons thick and chunky salsa ◦4 flour tortillas (6 inch) ◦1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese (or your favorite shredded cheese) ◦1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
These are always a hit!! You need French bread sliced, 2 packages cream cheese, 1 package of ranch dressing, 2 cucumbers and dill. Mix the ranch and cream cheese together. Peel and cut the cucumber. Spread the cream cheese mix on the bread, place a cucumber on top and sprinkle with dill!!

Crab-Filled Crescent Wontons 1-8 oz. tube crescent roll dough 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup cooked crabmeat, chopped 2 green onions, chopped 1/8- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper salt and pepper, to taste Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Salami and Cream Cheese Roll-ups- 1 pound cream cheese, room temperature, 1/2 -3/4 pounds salami sliced thin (thinner is better as it rolls easier), 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced. You will need a good sharp knife to cut the rolls. You can make ahead of time, just place them between wax paper and keep in the refrigerator.
FRICKLES: Inspired by a little restaurant in northern Michigan. Heat some oil in a shallow pan, layer an egg roll wrap diagonally with a slice of ham, slice of swiss cheese and a pickle spear. roll as you would an egg roll (from the diagonal, tucking in the sides as you roll). Lay in pan, seam down then turning till cooked golden brown. Cut in half and dipped in ranch dressing is the best!

Baked Crab Rangoon 1/8 tsp garlic salt 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 small green onion 4 oz imitation crab 3 oz cream cheese 14 wonton wrappers Cut up the crab and mix it in with garlic salt, worcestershire sauce, green onion and cream cheese (i would microwave the cream cheese for about 40 seconds to soften) Spoon into wontons. Bake at 425 °F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Bacon & Cheddar Dip 1 1-ounce packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix 1 16-ounce container sour cream (or Greek yogurt even better!) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 stripsthick cut bacon, cooked, crisp and crumbled directions: 1. Jalapeno Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip 1 12 oz pkg fresh cranberries, 1/4 c green onion,1/4 c cilantro, 1 small jalapeno, 1 1/4 c sugar, 1/4 tsp cumin, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, dash salt, 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened. Finely chop cranberries in food processor. Chop green onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper. Mix all ingredients (but cream cheese). Cover, store in fridge 4 hrs.
