Salted Caramel Mocha cupcakes. Made these the other day and they were delectable!!! I didnt make the icing but used Betty Crocker "whipped" buttercream icing. The key is to use a whipped icing or whipped cream since the cake is already so rich and since they are filled with salted caramel!!!
