Warm Potato Salad with Bacon and Onion Recipe...so good and easy! I actually make mine in the mico - use large round mold with Octagonal Silpat for a lid. Wash, quarter, red potatoes and cook 6 minutes on high. Check after 6 minutes. SO FAST and no oven heat from roasting or steam from boiling. Perfect for SUMMER!

Pioneer Woman Potato Soup. Another pinner says: made this earlier in the week and it was perfect for a cold day. I served it with cornbread on the side and it was delish. I omitted the parsley and it was fine. Highly recommend this recipe! I will make this potato soup from now on instead of my old boring recipe. Don't skimp on the cajun seasoning!
