Webster’s Dictionary defines “spoiled” as “the act of damaging, an object of plundering.” When we call our precious seed spoiled, we are calling them damaged, and labeling them a victim; and this should not be so.  The Word of God says “death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit” (Proverbs 18:21). And when we speak to our children, good or bad, we are forcing them to eat the fruit of our words.
