Baby.  Gibbons are unusual because unlike 94 percent of all other primate species, they are monogamous, living in small families composed of a mated pair and up to four offspring. Gibbons are physically independent at about three, mature at about six, and usually leave the family group at about eight years of age.

Douc Langur Monkey - With its colorful fur, the Douc Langur is popularly regarded as the most beautiful species of monkey in the world. Their population has dropped due to habitat loss from war and deforestation, and due to their being captured for pets.  The Douc Langur lives in forests in the eastern part of Indochina, such as Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos.
