    Im 5'3 and 120 so that makes me feel good ( I do exercise and eat right) for anybody who is trying to get fit just remember its got to be a lifestyle change not just going on a diet

    I'm 5'4"....if I weighed anywhere near 152lbs that would not be healthy. I don't know where this came from but the higher ends of those healthy weight numbers need to be reduced by about 20 lbs
