Gwen suggested that I do a post with all my Fuel Pull cakes linked in one place. I thought it was a great idea so here it goes! I may be adding more Fuel Pull cakes to my collection, but here are the five I have so far.

It's a chocolate version of the cottage berry whip. I don't know if there is an official recipe somewhere. This is just what I came up with...  1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder 4 Tablespoons gentle sweet  Mix everything together in a food processor, and process until smooth. This makes 2 servings.  So delicious!

Peanut butter brownies- S 3/4 C cottage cheese, 3/4 C p.b., 6T truvia,  1 tsp baking pwd,  1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 C finely ground oats, 1/4 C almond milk (or more to make batter smooth). Bake 30 mins @350 in lightly oiled pie plate. Top with whipped topping and dash of cinnamon.
