Ginny's Low Carb Kitchen: LASAGNA IN A MUG, LC, GF (S) - I simplified by skipping bottom sauce, mixing cheese and spices in mug, then layering meat (I used browned ground beef) sauce then top with cheese. That way I only have one dish to wash!
Big Mac Special Sauce + Big Mac Salad (THM S) - these were delicious! I didn& have any ground beef, so I used ground turkey for the burgers. Also: very good using Montreal Steak seasoning on the burgers.
