Supposedly this makes your legs look more awesome. I know that I would 4get 2 do this weekly & probably not finish the whole routine but its got some great moves.

Quick workout DID IT = TOOK LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. I'LL ADD IT TO THE ROTATION.

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

Do every morning before you leave the house. It will start you off with more energy & you'll lose weight! Double score!! Note to self this ones better the other one I do!
