2,5 xíc aveia  1 xíc baixo teor de gordura iogurte grego  2 ovos  3/4 xícara de açúcar (adoçante) 1,5 col de chá de fermento em pó  1/2 col de chá de bicarbonato de sódio  2 bananas maduras   Preaqueça o forno a 200 gr. Spray antiaderente untar forma de muffins Coloque todos os ingredientes em um liquidificador  e bata até a aveia é suave. {Eu adicionei a aveia um copo de cada vez e misturado entre}  coloque a massa nas forma untada, e leve ao forno por 15-20 min, ou até palito saia limpo.
