Her Daughter's Dream. Loved, loved this. Second of two-part series. Be sure to read "Her Mother's Hope" first. Incredible. Francine Rivers' books take you through the lifetime of a character, and in this case, through five generations. An all-time favorite.
As Sure as the Dawn by Francine Rivers. This is the final book in the Mark of the Lion Trilogy & continues only the story of Atretes from the first book. I loved reading it & seeing Atretes character development & as a book on it's own is excellent, though as I can't help but compare it to the first two, it is probably my least favourite off the Trilogy, but still a great book. - MJ
And the Shofar Blew This book was very moving to me. Probably because the storyline is about a pastor family and they live in California.......deeply touched as I was able to relate and identify with some of the struggles the main character deals with as a pastors wife. AND count my blessings that I couldn't as well! ;) Good read!
One of many great books by Jodi Picoult which I have on board. Looking forward to acquiring more. She combines matters of the spirit with great stories and I don't know whether men would enjoy reading her - must ask mine to try one :-)
I already believed that Heaven is for real, but this book makes you think about what it will be like. Is little Colton's story 100% accurate? I don't know, but I do believe that God takes care of His children, so I wouldn't bet against his depiction.
