Birthday Cake Martini 1.5 ounces vanilla vodka 1.5 ounces cranberry juice 1/2 ounce champagne Rim glass with Sprinkles. Combine vodka and cranberry juice in an ice shaker, half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into glass. Top with Champagne. Drop in cherry. Enjoy!
JACK FROST MARTINI Makes 4 drinks Combine: 1 cup pineapple juice ½ cup (4 ounces) light rum or vodka ½ cup (4 ounces) blue curacao ½ cup (4 ounces) cream of coconut (not coconut milk) 10 to 12 ice cubes Mix together and strain into martini glass. Rim the glass with shredded coconut.
BLUE HAWAIIAN 2 ounces pineapple juice, 1 1⁄2 ounces vodka, 3⁄4 ounce blue Curaçao liqueur, 1⁄2 ounce fresh lime juice, 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup, Splash of half-and-half, Pineapple leaf and lime wheel. Combine in shaker with ice, shake, Strain into tall glass filled with crushed ice. (Or combine everything in a blender cup. Add 3⁄4 cup of crushed ice and flash blend for 5 seconds. Pour into cocktail glass.) Garnish with the pineapple leaf and lime wheel.
Purple Dragon Martini 3 oz of vodka 1 1/2 oz of cranberry juice 1/2 oz blue curacao liquer 1/2 oz sweet & sour mix 1/2 oz of 7-Up 2-3 ice cubes Place all into blender and blitz on high for 20-30 seconds. Salt the rim of your glass and enjoy.
Something special, maybe for Janei's 21st? CAKE BATTER MARTINI ~3 ounces Three Olives Cake Vodka ~3 ounces white/clear creme de cacao 2 ounces amaretto ~2 ounces heavy whipping cream ~1 ounce Godiva white chocolate liqueur ~sprinkles (I used nonpareils) I want this on my birthday!
Banana Cream Pie: 1 part DeKuyper® Banana Liqueur, 2 parts Pinnacle® Whipped® Vodka, 1 part irish cream liqueur. Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream.
Bomb Pop Shots 1/3 oz Sprite 1/3 oz lemon vodka 2/3 oz blue Curacao 2/3 oz grenadine ice Mix the vodka and Sprite in a shaker with some ice to chill it.Strain into glass. Using a bar spoon, very slowly pour the blue Curacao to layer it. Next add the grenadine by pouring it slowly into the glass right on the edge so it sinks to the bottom.
