This is my most requested recipe. We serve it to guests and take to families who need a meal. My kids jump up and down whenever they know we'll be having it for dinner. Enjoy!

Korean Beef.. 11/10/12. Bulgogi is one of my favorite foods on the planet but my recipe takes 12 hours and therefor is not convenient for a week night dinner. This recipe was easy and absolutely delicious. I doubled it and it was all gone. I will make it again for sure. No adjustments or changes are needed. I may add some shredded carrots or cabbage just to bulk up the veggie ratio for the family :)
1 pound ground beef 1/2 yellow onion, chopped (about 1/3 cup) 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (about 1-2 cloves) 2-3 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 cups beef broth 1 cup sour cream 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup Handful of mushrooms, (about 8 oz.)roughly chopped (optional) 3 tbsp. flour Salt & Pepper, to taste Egg Noodles, cooked according to package directions
