Drug Awareness

Whether it's Red Ribbon Week or any other day, students are at risk to being exposed to drugs. Knowing the facts is a crucial first step in keeping drugs out of the hands of our tweens and teens. Students will discuss key words, discover the facts about drug abuse & addiction, and consider ways to obtain a natural high through healthy activities. This lesson includes an interactive powerpoint with video clips, a group webquest with a presentation sheet and a worksheet for independent work.
