This looks delicious! Except if I made it, I would probably find a healthier bbq sauce recipe.

I thought this was good, but Nick isn't a big tempeh fan. The baked beans tended to overpower the dish, and as I'm not a huge fan to begin with, it was a bit disappointing.

    I left out the vanilla, used organic frozen mixed berries added 1/3 cup of water and replaced the sweetener with Birch Xylitol. Perfect for the Fast metabolism Diet phase 1 & 3
