Peanut Butter Cookies - 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla. 350 degree oven. Mix ingredients. Roll dough into walnut size balls, place on greased baking sheet. With fork, dipped in sugar press a crisscross design on each cookie. Bake for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Cool before removing from pan.
