1 Tbs. oil, 1 medium onion diced, 4 cloves garlic minced, sliced mushrooms, stock, paprika, black pepper, sour cream. Heat the oil and saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms. Season then deglaze with stock. Stir in sour cream and garnish with parsley.
