This Asian inspired veggie noodle dish really hit the spot!  Spiralized zucchinis, chayote, & cucumber with sliced carrots, celery, mushrooms, scallions, & green peas.  The dressing was a blended mix of a bit of tamarind, 1 mango, 1 small orange, ½ red pepper, ¾ lb tomatoes, 2 small medjool dates, & a tiny bit of spicy chilli pepper.

Raw, vegan, faux tuna salad. I've made this over and over. If you soak the almonds long enough you won't need any liquids. I also took out the maple syrup and added onion powder.

Raw Vegan Brownies 1/2 c dried dates 1/2 c dried cherries 1/4 c carob powder (or cocoa powder) 1 c walnuts 3 tbsp agave nectar (or honey) Process all in food processor until ingredients are well mixed and chopped. Press into a small square baking pan, freeze 1 hour. Slice into 12 pieces. Store in fridge.   119 calories, less than 1 g saturated fat, 2 grams of protein
