Chicken Alfredo Pasta with Bell Peppers, Asparagus, in a Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce. The very creamy (and simple) alfredo sauce is made completely from scratch with half and half, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, basil and crushed red pepper!
JIFFY CASSEROLE ~1 Tbsp oil ~2 onions, sliced ~1 lb ground beef ~5 potatoes, cubed ~salt & pepper ~1 can cream of mushroom soup ~1/4 cup water PREHEAT oven to 350F. SAUTE onion in oil until browned, set aside. USING same skillet, saute the ground beef until browned. GREASE 9x13" dish. LAYER potatoes, salt + pepper, ground beef & onions. REPEAT layers, ending with potatoes. COMBINE soup & water, mix well & pour over casserole. SPRINKLE with paprika (& cheese?). COVER & bake for 1 hour.
