Ingredients 1 package (at least 1 lb) of your favorite sausage links (johnsonvilles, evergood, generic smoked sausage, whatever you like. i used polish sausages, 4 to a pack) 4-5 decent-sized potatoes (i prefer yukon gold or red bliss) 1 small jar banana peppers 1-2 bell peppers, sliced 1 large onion, sliced 3 tbsp olive oil (yes, it has to be OLIVE oil) salt & pepper optional — 2 tsp dried rosemary optional — 3 tbsp creole seasoning

Roasted Carrots: I love to make this with dinner...so simple, and very kid-friendly! Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice the carrots into 1-inch pieces & place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Mist the carrots with oil spray, season with salt & pepper, and roast until tender, about 40 minutes. What are your favorite veggies for roasting?

A twist on an Italian classic: Italian Sausage Bake. Fresh ingredients (and even gluten free) bake for a few hours to create the ideal Sunday dinner.

4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
