Pink Elephant Popcorn 3 Tbsp butter 1 1/2 c mini mallows 4 Tbps strawberry gelatin 2 Qts. popped popcorn Directions: Melt butter over low heat. Stir in marshmallows until they are soft but not melted. Add flavored gelatin mix. Stir until everything is a nice pink color throughout. (The gelatin may not dissolve completely, but that's all right.) Pour evenly over popcorn & stir to coat evenly.
Add a little red food coloring to the marshmallows when making your basic crispy treats and stir until you get the desired pink color. Let the treats cool 10 minutes, cut out the hearts (about 35) and insert a lollipop stick in each.
