    Parmesan Herb Madeleines. These were very tasty. Quadrupled recipe for 24 regular sized Madeleines and added fresh basil instead of chives. 425 too hot in my oven; Lowered temp to 400 for 6 mins middle shelf, 3 mins on top shelf. Rave reviews, will make again!
