Blender Lemonade – No Squeezing Required!

by Jillee
I love fresh lemonade, but NEVER make it. Truth is, I hate squeezing lemons (and limes, and oranges.) It’s just plain hard and time-consuming. Then one day it occurred to me that I make almond milk and coconut milk by BLENDING and STRAINING….why couldn’t I do the same thing with lemons for lemonade?...

brazilian-lemonade by luluthebaker, via Flickr -- This sounds like a liquid key-lime pie! I think I will try it when I kids over for a summer cook-out. Nothing like getting litte ones hyped-up on sugar!

Brazilian Lemon (lime) ade. So Good! I also made Mango-Orange and it was even better! 8 cups Mango-Orange juice, 6 cups water, 12 Tbs SCM (like in recipe), omit the sugar. When I made the Lime one, I didn't have a great blender on hand, so I just used juice of 10 limes for a double recipe (about 2 cups lime juice) and worked out just great! This would be great for a party.
