    Halloween Skeleton Shirt - this is a great idea. I would not cut out the eyes/teeth/nose, but I would use fabric bleach. I suppose you make a stencil before doing so.

    DIY Cut Out Skully Tee (or Halloween Costume that could go horribly wrong). Tutorial from  Cut Out and Keep here. The picture above is a version of this project. The original is a skull cut out on the back of the Tee. MardyBum’s Tee (pictured above) is posted here - and understandably has generated lots of comments about it being a “different type of shirt” if it had been cut higher. So I guess it depends what kind of costume or skull shirt you want it to be!

Such an awesome idea to re-purpose baggy t-shirts! I have a ton of these after losing 25 pounds ... think I'll have my sewing machine savvy daughter help me pull this project off :)
