Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

I workout for ME! Focus on just that one thing. feeling great. feeling like you CAN.don't let other things get in your way.

No gym needed... no excuse accepted. I just did this workout, it took me 10:03 min, avg hr 151. Burned about 110 calories. This is a great warm up to a cardio workout!

...If I worked out... I would feel this way.

For some reason we tell ourselves (or at least I do) that it's pointless for me to exercise unless I can do it for my hour long stretch at the gym. But that's so wrong! I don't have time to workout for an hour and a half at the gym in the morning, but I CAN jump out of bed and do this, and hit the gym later. YES!!!

I love when people ask me why I'm so dedicated to the gym... Same reason you're so dedicated to drinking and going out. My choice just happens to give me a better body.
