    8 ears of corn, shucked and grilled ¼ cup milk 2 eggs ¼ cup scallions, sliced ½ teaspoon garlic, minced 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced 1 yellow onion, small dice 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup cornmeal ¾ tablespoon salt ¾ tablespoon sugar 1⅛ tablespoons baking powder ½ teaspoon ground coriander 2 tablespoons ground black pepper For the Sauce: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce 2 tablespoons honey
