Crying is healthy and normal so long as you feel a sense of relief afterwards. It's okay to cry. Be careful if you find yourself crying for no particular reason or if you don't feel a sense of relief afterwards. That may be a sign of depression.

I have days like this. I don't mean to offend anyone or shut them out but it's hard to reach to try to act like everything is normal when all I want to do it cry. It's so hard to explain all the emotional and physical feelings that take over the body.
