30 mins to make • Serves 2


1 cloves Garlic
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1 cup Veggies such as peas, fresh or frozen


1 Eggs, large


1 Feeling saucy? drizzle this dish with a little extra soy sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 cup Quinoa, dry

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and pepper


1 Oil or butter


1 1/2 cups Water


Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley, dried pepper flakes, or both!
2-4 tsp low sodium soy sauce [add a little to start and add more to taste!]
