1/3 cup Vegetable oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/3 cup Almonds, toasted


1 cup Butter
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Whipping cream

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur


1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened

    This is the ultimate best ever cake. My favorite. I made a mistake one time, I was in a hurry and added the baily's Irish cream into the sauce pan when I was making the glaze. I brought it to bubble and kept stirring. I think I like it even better. Let it cool a little, and pour as instructed. It is thicker and is almost a praline candy glaze. It is wonderful. I now make it like this on purpose.
