Wake up! daily workout also....Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine. Need to print and put on my mirror

What to eat before and after your workout. I would recommend coconut or almond milk in place of the low-fat milk for the smoothie. Also, add in a handful of spinach or other green to make the smoothie even more powerful!

Some workouts that should take you about 3 or 4 minutes, so put on a song with a good beat and burn some calories while enjoying some music!

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

Chair Circuit (set an interval timer for 40 rounds of 30-seconds work and 10-seconds rest; repeat the following sequence five times: 1. step-ups right, 2. step-ups left, 3. elevated knee tucks, 4. alternating leg lifts, 5. elevated lunge jumps right, 6. elevated lunge jumps left, 7. triceps kick dips, 8. hanging knee raises)
